There is so much to see within a 30 min drive great you found the parking no issue we like you have always got parked for free on the roads outside the apartment. Hope to welcome you again.

Thank you for your review, in the busy children's holiday period parking at certain times can be difficult but we have always managed to park ourselves and do have the back up of the large car park by the harbour that is under £10 per night and only 5 minds walk away if you cross the railway line. Happy you enjoyed the property.

Thank you for your review, I think it depends on the time of day you arrive as the area has lots of residential properties so people are out at work most of the day therefore freeing the parking up before 5pm. We have never not found free parking but admit-ably, not always outside the apartment. The area is really safe though.

Hi Thank you for your review we are delighted you enjoyed your stay I which you had contacted us about the heating you should be able to turn the temperature manually to whatever you want on the thermostat in the hall. We will check and make sure there is no fault the temperature in the evening should be 20 degrees not 16.5 and you can turn it higher if you wish.

I think most of North Yorkshire is good for the physical exercise as there are many hills which makes it so interesting I think. We would love you to return sometime in the future just get in touch and we can make this happen.

Thank you for your review, happy you enjoyed your stay. Yes the hill is little steep but only for a few metres, great to burn the fish and chips off we think. Parking is on a first come basis yes but we always manage to park even if you have to have a second trip around. Loading and unloading is always possible in the alleyway but you can not park here. Option if all else fails is to park in the harbour car park which is spacious and reasonably priced. This is only a 5 min walk over the railway and up North Road. Thank you Mark for taking the time to write this extensive review, it is much appreciated. Parking can admit-ably sometimes take longer to find a space than you might like but as you said, it does depend on times of day. We generally park our 4 x 4 and have never not got parked. No idea what so ever regarding the wi-fi as we have never had a report of this nature? Apologies for this, I guess sometimes things can be temperamental. Happy that you found the apartment to your liking and whilst it is self catering, we do like to leave an array of necessities, coffee being one of them in my opinion. We do list this on our VRBO advert but know that it is a lot of reading to do. Whitby is a really special place and would love to welcome you back sometime if visiting again. Kind Regards Kerry
