About the home
This property offers guests three and a half levels of spacious living. Leading from the double car garage is a private laundry closet and a large entrance foyer with a boot dryer and mudroom. Continue up a flight of stairs, you are welcomed onto the lower level of the townhome featuring a media room and wet bar, access to an outdoor gas fireplace sitting area, and a private hot tub. The fourth and lower level bedroom has access to an ensuite shared bathroom with a stand-up steam shower. Recent upgrades include a new 65" TV in the media room, new BBQ and refreshed outdoor patio furniture.

The main living level is completely open concept and features a gourmet professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and large island seating. Centered on this level is the dining table (seating for 8), overlooking a sunk-in living room with a wood-burning fireplace. A powder room sits next to the kitchen along with a spacious pantry with a wine fridge.

The top level of this home features the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Location
Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants or a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

⌂ Parking stalls are included in the rental, there's parking for up to two (2) vehicles in the private garage (depending on vehicle size). Multiple visitor parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the secure underground parkade.
⌂ No smoking, no parties, no pets, no skis or bikes permitted inside the house (should be stored in the private garage). Minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$100.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Great townhome in a cute complex, excellent condition and fully equipped. Plenty of space for our group of 8 adults - the flexibility of the bed configuration is a nice option. It is multi-level so you will be up and down stairs between the bedrooms, living area and garage, but we did not mind at all. The mud/skis room works really well for gear unloading and storage. The private underground parking garage was very convenient and easily fit both of our large/midsize SUVs (we had a GMC Yukon XL). Good location with amentities (market and cafes) nearby. Flat, straight shot walk to village center in 20 minutes.

Great whistler visit

Loved this property as it had all the conveniences, we could walk to the village, but were also able to access bus service on ski days. Private hot tub was a nice bonus the three floors provided lots of privacy and nice modern feel.

Whistler Ski Trip

Our group of 8, including an 8 year old, a teen, a young adult, 2 adults, 3 seniors, really enjoyed this year's ski trip at Whistler. Most years we VRBO at Santa Fe but decided this year to go for the best in North America and we were not disappointed. The location of our VRBO in Whistler was excellent. It was less than 5 minutes from the Village where we picked up our ski equipment and the gondola. It had easy access to grocery shopping and all things Whistler Village. The VRBO home we rented was just right for our group. The 4 levels of stairs was abit daunting but doable, even for the oldsters. All things that could be provided were (we were surprised and disappointed that Canadian law does not allow the rentals to include at least basic cooking items, such as cooking oil, which we then had to purchase and toss at the end). We wished there had been an extra set of sheets on the premises when our youngster had a nosebleed in the middle of the night but we survived that too. The kitchen was lovely to cook in, the fireplaces were great. The house provided room to relax and stretch out in, the beds were comfortable, the house was very clean. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such a lovely home!

Great vacation

We loved the property. The location was awesome. The beds were awesome. Parking was seriously incredible!!!!!! I wish there was olive oil, basic spices and Saran Wrap . I wish there were hooks for towels in the primary bathroom. Other than that it was so amazing. Thank you so much!!!!!

Excellent property for an active Family

This property is high standard.Well equipped with all you would need in a Kitchen. High end stove/oven, fridge/freezer plus 2 wine fridges. We all had an excellent vacation. Only comments I would make on a negative side is we found the locks did not work on some of the bathroom doors. Also there was no recycle bin/ box in the Kitchen.Otherwise 5 star property

Beautiful property. Spacious and very nice. Good location near the villiage but far enough away to be nice and quiet. We were there for 7 nights. I wish we had booked a second week.

Perfect location and comfortable home

A very comfortable home for a family vacation. The size and layout was perfect for the parents and children. A 2km return walk from the village , & nearby mountain bike trails made for a fun family get together!

Perfect for family ski trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Whistler. Beautiful property minutes away from the ski resort. Cabin was quiet, clean, and full of amenities. Eight people (4 adults and 4 children ages 3-9) were more than comfortable. Property management company communicated great with us prior to our stay and helped us secure a pack and play. Offered many other services including reservations and shopping, to make your stay easier. My only suggestion is to provide a garage door opener to renters simply for ease of use. It was kind of a pain getting in and out of the car to open and close the door using the keypad each time. Highly recommend this property!

Reunion trip

Perfect condo for our group. Plenty of space for everyone. The property is in great condition. It is walking distance to the village but probably not for walking in to ski. We drove in the 2 minutes and had no issues with parking. We stay in this complex whenever this group of friends get together and we are never disappointed. The check in is easy and the management company is very responsive. Highly recommend

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Fitzsimmons walk. The townhome was well described and the pictures do a great job. The only thing to note is that the walk to the ski area was probably 22 minutes and the bus only runs every 30. We had a car and drove to park in the public lots so we didn’t have to walk in boots and skis. We would love to stay here again

Great Location

We really enjoyed the place. It's location was great. We could walk a beautiful trail to town, or follow a main road to it's end (which lead to the driveway). communication was the property's owner was good.

Could Be Better

This complex is close to the Village and is a great place to stay. We have stayed at 2 or 3 other units here and have always loved it. This unit in particular was just ok. The beds were incredible as were the showers and baths. There were also top notch appliances in the gorgeous kitchen. I acknowledge that the things I'm about to share are nitpicky, but they are based on our stay in other units like this and what we've become accustomed to for staying in units at this price range. The motor on the hot tub made a very loud noise. It was so loud, our friends heard it inside two floors up. The knives seemed cheap and they were dull. We didn't find a knife sharpener. Also in this amazing kitchen was a trash can a little larger than what you'd find in most bathrooms. The towels in the bathrooms were cheap and very thin compared to the plush towels we have had in other units in this complex. Finally, we would like to have had more seating in the living room. The unit holds 8 adults but only 5 adults could sit in the living room comfortably at one time. It would benefit from the addition of another couch.
