Sleeping Arrangements This spacious retreat offers seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites, each with a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite, feature a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower for ultimate relaxation. The other bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with an ensuite bathroom and TV for added comfort. A seventh bedroom, equipped with a single bed, crib, and ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo, ensures a restful retreat for all guests.
Living Areas Inside, soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create a seamless connection to the outdoors, where panoramic views stretch across Whistler’s peaks. Location & Access For those seeking ski-in/ski-out access, the property offers seasonal access to Whistler’s slopes, with ski-out just 200 meters away. The private gondola, a four-minute ride, connects you directly to the Creekside Village and the slopes, making it easy to enjoy everything Whistler has to offer. A 10-minute drive brings you to Whistler Village, where shops and restaurants await.

Guest Access: Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood: Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around: Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note: • Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered. • Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property. • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am • No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs • Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
