The Space:
Snow settles quietly on the surrounding evergreens, and the air carries the stillness that only a Whistler winter can bring. You return from the slopes to warmth rising from the stone fireplace, boots left to dry in the mudroom, steam lifting into the cold night from the hot tub. Evenings here unfold slowly - fireside conversations, mountain silence beyond the glass, and the sense of being tucked away above it all.
The chalet spans two levels and 4,646 square feet, offering space and privacy for up to twelve guests. Thoughtfully arranged for shared time and quiet retreat alike, it balances expansive gathering areas with well-separated bedrooms, each paired with its own ensuite bathroom. Heated floors, soft lighting, and forest views throughout reinforce the feeling of comfort after a full day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate twelve guests across eight beds. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, seating area, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A second suite also offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom is fitted with king-split beds and an ensuite walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom includes two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom provides a queen bed, a steam-room shower, and a secondary entrance, ideal for added flexibility.
Kitchen and dining
The chef’s kitchen anchors the main living area, equipped with Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, and a full suite of appliances. A separate prep kitchen supports larger meals and extended stays. The breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table seats ten, set beside tall windows framing winter forest views. A temperature-controlled wine cellar and indoor mini bar complement evenings spent cooking and lingering at the table.
Living and leisure
After skiing, the media room offers a relaxed place to unwind, with plush seating, a foosball table, and a stone gas fireplace. A stationary bike supports light workouts, while a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair allows for quiet focus when needed. Laundry facilities, ample storage, and in-unit washer and dryer support longer stays.

Set within the exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, the chalet offers Ski-in/Ski-out access on a seasonal basis and access to the private Kadenwood Gondola. Ski access is available via a short walk to nearby trails, with ski-in return routes through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. The gondola provides a four-minute connection to Creekside Village, reached by a 15-minute walk or a brief drive.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
