The Space:
Soft morning light filters through tall evergreens as you step onto the patio, the mountain air cool and still. The quiet is broken only by the distant hum of the gondola and the soft crackle of last night’s firepit. From the edge of Whistler’s forested slopes, this refined Kadenwood retreat offers an immersive alpine experience where each moment is framed by nature’s grandeur and the warmth of gathering together. After a day on the trails, return to the comforting glow of the limestone fireplace or slip into the private hot tub beneath a canopy of stars.

Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two levels and 4,646 square feet, the chalet accommodates up to twelve guests in five bedrooms designed for restful seclusion. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and a serene ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite offers another king bed and an equally generous ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom includes king-split beds and an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth features two bunk beds with an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom offers a queen bed, a steam-room shower, and a private secondary entrance, creating a peaceful haven for guests seeking added privacy.

Outdoor living
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of the surrounding forest and valley, leading to a spacious patio that invites open-air relaxation. Dine al fresco at the large outdoor table, unwind in the lounge seating, or gather around the stone fire pit as dusk settles over the mountains. The private hot tub offers a soothing retreat after days on the slopes, while a heated garage with a Tesla charger and functional mudroom ensure seamless transitions between the outdoors and the comfort within.

Kitchen & dining
At the heart of the home, a chef’s kitchen appointed with Brazilian quartzite countertops and custom white oak cabinetry offers both beauty and purpose. High-end appliances and a breakfast bar for five create a welcoming space for casual mornings, while a separate prep kitchen supports larger gatherings. The dining area, surrounded by tall windows and forest views, seats ten guests comfortably, complemented by a temperature-controlled wine room and an indoor mini bar that elevate every occasion.

Leisure & comfort
Evenings find their rhythm in the media room, where a foosball table, plush seating, and a stone gas fireplace invite conversation and relaxation. A Peloton bike provides an option for energizing workouts, while a quiet corner desk offers a space for focus. Heated floors, ceiling fans, and portable fans maintain year-round comfort, and laundry facilities ensure convenience throughout your stay.

Neighborhood
Nestled in Whistler’s exclusive Kadenwood enclave, the chalet offers ski-in access via a one-minute walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return routes through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails. Guests also enjoy access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting to Creekside Village in just four minutes. The gondola can be reached with a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the home, blending the seclusion of the mountains with the ease of nearby shops and dining.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.

Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

My wife and I are very experienced travelers. We have stayed at the nicest hotels, resorts and homes across the globe. Our stay at this home was far and away the nicest home that we have stayed in. We opened the garage and made our way into the home and were stunned with its beauty, charm and how well appointed the home truly is. Bottom line, when I tell you that you will not be disappointed, you can trust me.Regarding the management team, so easy to work with from check in to check out they were very easy to work with to ensure seamless access and departure. We had two episodes where we could not locate a couple of things and the management team was very responsive and courteous and solved our issues immediately.As good as the management is, the star of the show is the home. Beautiful views from the main room and the deck set the ambiance for our stay. Indeed, we had plans for a few things but we loved the home so much we didn't leave for two days. The kitchen is so well stocked with every known utensil that we had a great time cooking together. The bedrooms were wonderful and the bathrooms with big walk-in showers and tubs...just wonderful. The media room was great to take in an episode of White Lotus. Lastly the wood burning fireplace in the main room was such a delight and coffee on the deck in the morning with the outdoor fireplace was a slice of heaven. We both agreed this one of our most favorite stays of traveling together for over 23 years.
