Living spaces
Set across three levels, this townhouse offers inviting gathering areas designed for comfort in every season. The open-concept main floor centers around a gas fireplace and wall-mounted TV, creating a natural place to reconnect after skiing or exploring Whistler Village. Downstairs, a media room with a large TV and wet bar provides an additional retreat for films or relaxed conversation. Heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable year-round, with portable fans available when needed. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to balance downtime with remote tasks.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to hearty winter dinners. A Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas stove anchor the space, alongside an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. With a spacious breakfast bar and a dining table for shared meals, there is room to gather and linger. Step onto the balcony to use the BBQ grill when conditions allow, or enjoy cozy indoor meals while snow falls outside.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across the upper and lower levels, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that opens to a private ensuite with a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a king bed, while a third offers a queen bed, with a shared full bathroom nearby. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom features a king-split bed with an ensuite that can also be accessed from the hallway. A powder room on the main level completes the 3.5 baths.

The backyard invites you to unwind in the private hot tub after a day on the mountain. A patio or balcony with outdoor furniture offers fresh alpine air, and a private entrance adds convenience. A mudroom provides practical storage for gear, while the free parking garage on premises offers direct access. Inside, you will find a washer and dryer in unit, kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, bed linens, and self check-in with a smart lock. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed add flexibility to your plans.
Neighborhood
Located just north of Whistler Village, Fitzsimmons Walk places you beside the Valley Trail and steps from Nesters Market. A scenic 10-minute walk leads into the heart of the village for dining, shops, and gondola access, while the surrounding mountains set the scene for winter days well spent.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.
Getting Around:
• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.
Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
