"Muito boa exceto pela grande movimentação do Hotel que se não incomoda pelo barulho dificulta o uso dos elevadores. Festas demais no lobby. Piscina e sauna poderiam ser mais bem aproveitadas. No geral recomendamos. Não deixar de ter carro em Houston."

The hotel is good, but may improve! The premises are clean, smell great and are modern/ well kept. The room is big enough, beds are super comfy and pillows great as well! Same with shower/ bathroom! The gym is brand new and a good help for basic exercises. What needs to improve: serviced! Starting with the reception desk. BTW, the area is great as well, with restaurants, the mall and close to the energy corridor!

I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. As for the hotel, the Omni has one of the best common areas of hotels in Houston (very nice pool and gym)! On the other hand, the rooms are outdated. They are spacious and comfortable, but everything...
