"This hotel does not be served a luxury classification, we supposed to get a complementary bottle of something which was not handed to us, in addition the front desk reception was below average in explaining anything related to the hotel. This hotel classifies for me as 3 stars"

"I’ve stayed here several times and have never had an issue, however this past time that I stayed there I encountered a couple of issues. First I was disappointed because housekeeping didn’t touch my room during my stay, although I let front desk know, they brought clean towels up to the room, but lack of cleanliness remained. Second issue was with their buffet style breakfast, when I was about to serve myself the season diced potatoes, I noticed a hair in there to which I quickly let staff know...

"The hotel is good, but may improve! The premises are clean, smell great and are modern/ well kept. The room is big enough, beds are super comfy and pillows great as well! Same with shower/ bathroom! The gym is brand new and a good help for basic exercises. What needs to improve: serviced! Starting with the reception desk. BTW, the area is great as well, with restaurants, the mall and close to the energy corridor! "

"If we consider all 4-star hotels on the Galleria area, the Hyatt Regency is probably the worst. Beautiful lobby, nice cafe and great service/ personnel, but everything else is bad! The rooms are old and furniture peeling all over. The shower is actually a shower spray (no water pressure and too little water). The bed is not comfortable too. The pool is in a spot that doesn’t get sunlight all day (and horrible pool decoration). So, my last time here, definitely. "

"Hotel com localização boa, relativamente próximo das principais regiões de Houston, mas depende de carro para se locomover (mas qual cidade dos EUA não precisa?). O hotel estava em reforma no lobby (estive lá em dez/17), mas os quartos já estão todos renovados e impecáveis. Internet funcionou bem durante todo o período. Café da manhá oferece espaço e variedade suficiente para uma boa refeição. Comprei algumas coisas na Amazon para entrega no hotel e foi tudo recebido sem problema nenhum....

"Overall the property was clean and the staff was nice. However, there was 2 situations when the elevator broke down. The power went out in the hotel and I had to use stairs. Also, during my stay—housekeeping did not clean my room for my 5 day stay which is disappointing"
