"Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further.
I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. "

"The first room I was sent to the door did not work and I could not get in where you put in the key was sent. I was moved to the room next-door, which had trash in the bathroom trashcan from the previous person and broken in half soap on the counter. They advertise free breakfast on Expedia and in the email confirmation I got. They had a breakfast area as well but they told me they don’t serve breakfast anymore. The odor of marijuana in the hallways is horrible."
