I couldn't be happier with the kind of attention to detail that I experienced.I was here in Augusta looking for a place to rent long-term so I can move from out of state, and the broker who runs this property even helped me with that. "The condo fit all our needs and Rose was a great host. We arrived a little early and she unlocked the condo for us to drop our luggage. We went off the explore and find check out our Masters parking for the next day and when we returned -- she had left us 4 Masters themed iced sugar cookies and a nice book about the Masters. Such a sweet gesture!!! and the cookies were yummy! We appreciated the easy check out ... not alot of to-dos - so it was easy to leave and arrive at Augusta National...

"House itself was very suitable for what we needed it for. Things were very nice inside and you can tell that it was freshly redone. The house wasn’t in the best part of town and we did have people getting loud outside at points of the night, which was the only complaint that I wish I would have known going in. Overall, it was a good experience though."

"We found this condo at the last minute as our previous plans fell through -we were skeptical since it had no reviews yet but looked nice. The condo was clean and comfortable - thanks for the cookies as well. A few minor items to mention but since this is a new rental all easy fixes and not major concerns - need to have a screen door in the deck, 2 of the TVs were not set up (mgr helped us do one of them), the tv in the front bedroom didn’t have a cord and there were some loose screws on the...

Where this place excels is in the communication with the property owner. He was responsive and courteous. The location is wonderful. Once the minor cosmetic issues are fixed this apartment will rate 5 stars. I recommend the stay. Thank you to the host."

"We had a lovely stay for our few days in Augusta! The communication was great for all aspects of the home and the property was lovely. Clean, exactly as seen on the listing and just adorable. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t use the kitchen really but it had the basics we needed. The rooms were good size and bathrooms were roomy and provided clean towels and comfortable bedding. There was not a hairdryer which I thought was provided, but had packed one in case! Overall it was lovely...

"Tim was an outstanding host. The property was exactly as described and very very clean! The location was very easy to get to and from Augusta National Golf Club. Conveniently located near lots of food options. I would definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back to the Masters Tournament! Seamless check in and check out process allowed us to soak in our time in Augusta without worry about accommodations! 10 out of 10!"
