"My kids and I were happy to stay at this beautiful hotel with so welcoming and friendly staff. To be perfect the swimming pools could be heated because the water was cold."
"Great stay! Very kid friendly. Daily foam party in the kiddie pool, 60 cms deep. 5 kuai beers. Lobby bar is a good time at the end of the day. Beds were acceptable for western standards and the seafood buffet was excellent. Our 2 night stay turned into 6. Excellent stay in the Ramada."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking."

The butler provides prompt responses, demonstrates high efficiency, and is always willing to fulfill requests. An exceptional service experience!"
"There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. "
