"Just getting to Freeport is a pain, NJ to MIA then to Freeport. Only a one hour layover on the way there (5hrs 43mins to get there). Getting back to NJ not so good. The return flights are terrible Left Freeport at 1:50 arrived in MIA at 2:40, Had a 5 hour layover in MIA to get back to NJ. (9hrs 6 mins) plus a one hour delay Go to Nassau, bigger airport so you can get a direct flight there. The property itself was not very clean, the rooms were very outdated and dirty. "I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. "The room was good, coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Bath towels left a lot to be desired. They were so thin and rough. The security was good. The food at the bar was awful. One bite and we sent it all back. Overall i would stay again."

"My husband and I stayed at this unit for 2 months and had a great time. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped which we appreciated. We had many “happy hours” out on the balcony where we could see the ocean as well as lush, tropical trees and native plants.
