"Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient."

"We were here to help our daughter move. The apartment is in the same complex which was very helpful. There is plenty to do if here for vacation. The two state parks we went to were fairly close and nice. There are many stores, a mall, and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Des Moines is 20-30 minutes."

"Perfect location for downtown food and the Saturday Farmers Market. It is small but everything we needed, more than 2 adults would be tight. Bed was very comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was a food trailer parked outside and ran a very loud generator Friday and Saturday til early morning hours. Not a dealbreaker for us and certainly not the property’s fault, we used headphones to go to sleep. Also be aware there are steps to the unit, again, not an issue for us. Chelsea was prompt with...

"We stayed at this loft on a cross country trip. Dan was very responsive to any of our questions. The loft is conveniently located to restaurants. It has an industrial vibe and due to the high ceiling and windows was a little chilly but we had read the previous reviews and were prepared for this, but it was not bad at all. The bed was comfortable with good sheets. We used the 6th floor outdoor dog station which was nice as well. "

"The host was very thorough in giving instructions for parking and check in and check out times. They also responded very quickly with any additional questions I had.It was the perfect spot to host our family Christmas gathering. We watched several movies and made popcorn and door dashed Fongs pizza. Great experience overall!"

"All the things in this unit is fantastic Very neat and clean, fully equipped kitchen and bright bathroom to makeup. The location is fabulous, just at the downtown Des Moines, few minutes away from Hy-Vee, which has various choices for fresh veges, fruits and meat and also bus stop is nearby, too, a very convenient site. Of course my favorite place, Ballet Des Moines is just downstairs, only take 20 seconds from this unit to access. I really enjoyed all the things, all the ways in the city and...
