By booking, you read and agree to all of the following house rules:

House Rules:

1. There will be a parking pass inside the unit for you. Please place the parking pass visibly in your vehicle to prevent towing. We are not liable for any towing fees or related charges.

2. If the parking spaces in the building are full, free street parking is available 24/7 in the area.

3. Smoking, drug use, and vaping are not allowed inside the unit or in the building hallways. A $500 fine will be charged if discovered.

4. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. A $500 fee will be charged if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5. A lost, missing, or damaged key or key fob has a replacement cost of $150.

6. There is a $40 fee for early check-in and late check-out. If you would like to request either, please notify us in advance. We will confirm availability on the day of arrival or departure.

7. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including stained sheets and towels, at their replacement cost.

8. Any cleaning concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after check-in so we can work to resolve them during your stay.

9. We do not allow packages or mail to be sent to the property. You may arrange deliveries to the door or a local FedEx/UPS location. We cannot assist with retrieving delivered packages or mail.

10. By booking, you confirm that you are using a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

11. By booking, you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that occur on the property, whether inside or outside the unit.

12. There is one noise monitor in the living area. Tampering with, blocking, disconnecting, or otherwise interfering with the device may result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

13. Hosts and property management must be able to contact you using the phone number provided with your reservation.

14. Forgotten items must be retrieved within 6 hours after check-out. Any unclaimed items left beyond this period may be disposed of, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

15. If you or anyone in your party steals or damages property belonging to the unit or building, the guest named on the reservation will be held responsible.

16. Failure to follow these house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and/or immediate removal from the property. These rules are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests.

17. For the safety and security of all guests, the door code is for your use only. Do not share it with anyone outside of your reservation, including visitors, friends, or delivery personnel. If the code is shared and any issues arise, including theft, damage, or unauthorized access, you will be held responsible. We are not liable for any resulting loss or incident. Violating this rule may also result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

18. For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is a Ring security camera located outside the unit at the front door/entryway. The camera monitors the exterior entrance area only and does not monitor any interior spaces or private areas of the unit. Tampering with, blocking, disconnecting, or covering the camera is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
