"this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway."

"This unit is directly on the beach. The resort is quiet and has a lush, tropical feel. The daily happy hour at the pool bar is pretty lively and the food is good. If you want to walk into town for shopping and food, it is about a 15 minute walk."

The view is spectacular and because it’s adjacent to a national park, there are miles of deserted beach to explore. "We enjoy our stay at this condo. It had all we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids (5y &10y). We rented a car and explored the island. Taylor Beach is hands down the best we ever seen. Shark Bite and Mango Reef were amazing restaurants within walking distance. Michael, the host, is the best we every experienced through VRBO. No question unanswered. AMAZING! Overall, Turks and Caicos are definitely worth to see and experience."

"We loved this condo and its location. We were able to snorkel right off the beach, just steps away from the condo's patio. The pool was very close and the kids loved that too. Somewhere is just next door and has wonderful drink specials, breakfast and lunch/dinner. We appreciated Besma, who ran the front desk, and the fact that housekeeping was offered every other day.
