"I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. "

"María is a great hostess, she welcomes you very nicely. She makes you feel good and part of her family. This place is far from the Grace Bay, however, you can walk to the Shore Club if you like to walk in the sun. You definitely need to rent a car if you decide to stay there. The room is very small. If you love kiteboarding l definitely recommend you to stay there because that is their passion."

"Don’t book here,unless you wanna gamble your whole vacation.This host had the audacity to cancel our booking one hour before our departure.We literally were about to check in our luggage 4am in the morning when we luckily checked our mail inbox and saw the message that got sent 2.30 am .We had to improvise,also support was not available so we had to book somewhere else very quick.At the end ,the compensation covered only a third of our extra costs,so NO we can NOT recommend this host or this...

"Such a beautiful place to stay and to wake up in the morning to! Great views, and a beautiful home away from home. The place was very easy to locate, and the food was great across the street! Rooms were very clean, and the location was very secluded with a private beach away from all the tourist. Definitely will be staying here again the next time we visit! "We had a great time! The property was perfect for us. It’s walking distance to a beautiful beach with excellent snorkeling. Very close to several restaurants. Mangos was our favorite for dinner and Turks Wave cafe was our favorite for breakfast. The pools and hot tub are nice and clean. Parking onsite is convenient. The host is very quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"After I reserved and paid for the property, the owner let me know it is not available and asked me to move to a different unit. This was last minute, so I didn't really have a choice. They said the new unit is better, but it didn't have a king size bed, which was why I chose the other unit. This unit was very minimal, with almost no amenities. So we could not use the kitchen as we had hoped to. No extra toilet paper, towels, blankets... The one blanket on the bed was dirty. The worse...

"The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! I will return and I will look for this exact same location and room. "

"Só fiquem aqui! :) O West Bay Club é perfeito. Melhor custo benefício da região. É um hotel de excelente estrutura física, não muito grande, com excelente bom gosto, pé na areia e excelente serviços. Fica longe do lado mais agitado de Grace Bay, o que é perfeito, para ter uma praia com longo espaço de areia, e mesmo assim a uma distância de poucos passos do coral para snorkel. Fica ao lado de um outro excelente hotel, mas mais moderno e muito mais caro. Mesmo assim, eu escolheria novamente o West Bay por conservar uma decoração e clima de um Caribe elegante. Excelente serviço de praia, snorkel, nadadeiras, stand-up e o café da manhã, apesar do estilo americano, é de excelente qualidade. Amamos os mimos na chegada."
