This unique second floor condo is located in Coral Gardens on Grace Bay, Providenciales, a beach described as the 'Best Beach Destination in the World'. 100 feet from the beach, and another 50 feet from White House Reef, the premier snorkeling reef on Grace Bay. Listed on MSN best beaches of the world:

The reef is full of a wide variety of tropical fish and turtles. The water is turquoise blue and underwater visibility is up over 100 feet.

Enjoy the two pools on property and the beach bar, as well as the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided to guests of the property. Walk on sand the texture of white powder and enjoy the calm trade winds cool you by the water.

The many nearby activities include snorkeling, diving, sailing, sail boarding, parasailing, kayaking, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and golf. Minutes from great restaurants, bars and shopping.

In the evening, stroll the beach and wonder at the clear sky full of stars.

Beautiful condo, excellent views, super-clean, and quiet .Would definitely stay again. We had everything needed-including noodles and floats for the beach and pool. Incredible beach and pool views. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect for our family with two teenagers. Easy check and great management team to assist with tour and dinner recommendations.

Host answered all questions promptly. Condo was in a fantastic location, right on the beach. All Coral Gardens staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Somewhere beach restaurant was convenient. Only thing not perfect is some of the fan/light switches need repair/ updating. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

This condo is in a very small and quaint setting. Right when you walk through the front door it feels like home. You have an instant view of the beautiful Grace Bay. The kitchen, dining and living room are all very open and provide spacious and comfortable seating. The balcony is front and center to the ocean and one of the pools on the property. Both bedrooms have a super comfortable king size bed. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker leaking water. The owner, Brian was super quick to respond and get us a new coffee maker for the next morning. He also responded very quickly when we had difficulty getting on the WiFi. You will find it easier to log on to the Somewhere Cafe while out on the balcony. The beach chairs and umbrellas are always available regardless of what time of day you head down to the beach. The men that hand out the towels are very helpful in setting up the chairs for you. My party of 4 adults highly recommend this rental.

This was a very nice unit with a great location overlooking the pool and where are you goingthe ocean. We are very impressed with the amenities and the decor. Almost like your own home. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook.

I would highly recommend this condo! The view was incredible, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Added amenities included daily beach setup and towels until 6:00 pm—perfect for enjoying the best sunsets. The Somewhere Bar and Restaurant was just steps away, practically 10 feet from our beach chairs. I also recommend renting a car; I had no trouble driving, even though this was only my second time driving on the opposite side of the road—it was simple! A fantastic place for creating lasting memories.

Nice condo, excellent space, well appointed. Star of the show is the balcony, with tremendous view across the pool to the ocean. The glass doors open all the way up, and the furniture on the balcony comfortably seated our entire family of 5. We spent a lot of time out there, and felt like we were at the beach without having to be on the beach.

Great beach condo!

Great location. Unit felt larger than the photos. Family of 4 adults had plenty of room. Lounges and umbrellas easy to get each day on the nice beach out front. Reef out front was nice, but saw more marine life at Smiths Reef. View was fantastic. Would highly recommend this place!

Family Vacation

The condo was amazing. Kids were exciting as soon as we walked in. They were surprised by the size. We have 3 kids, 12-17yrs. The youngest slept on the extremely comfortable futon bed in the living room. We ate several dinners on the balcony overlooking the pool and reef. A couple more meals at the "Somewhere" restaurant between the condo and the water. We were in the water every day and made a point to watch the sunset from the beach every night. Great experience.

What an amazing stay in Provo. The condo is as billed-beautiful inside and overlooking the beach. The protected coral reef right out front allowed for some of the best snorkeling-turtles, puffer fish and even a barracuda and ray. The owners are very responsive to questions and the office personnel onsite (thank you Scott and Claude) were available to help with taxis or restaurant recommendations. We stopped at the market on the way to the condo and also ate out a few times. The condo has everything you need to cook if you so desire. Our family had the best time and already can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Incredible!

This is the most amazing condo ever! The location is perfect; view is breathtaking; bathrooms are big; beds are incredibly comfortable; kitchen is large and has everything we needed; furniture is very attractive and decorations are beautiful. It was very clean. There isn't anything I would change. I will be booking this room for my next stay and highly recommend it to everyone else! Perfect vacation!

Location, location, location. This beautiful spacious condo is located on one of the most highly rated beaches in the word. Wide choice of excursions locally available, with most offering pickup at Coral Gardens, either at the front entrance or at the resorts beach by boat. Biggest plus is a protected reef directly in front of the condo offering excellent snorkeling.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

My family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) spent a week earlier this month at this condo. It was a wonderful. We loved the condo and the location and TCI in general! The condo is just as described in the listing. It is very spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen (though we mostly ate out), very comfortable beds. It has a huge balcony that overlooks one of the pools and the ocean with an amazing view. The AC worked really well. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that it was stocked with paper towels, Kleenex and toilet paper, and housekeeping came every other day, which I wasn’t expecting with a VRBO rental, but very much appreciated. The check in and check out process was very easy. The folks in the office at the property were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions for things to do, places to go, restaurants to try. The beach was beautiful and right outside the condo. We never had a problem getting beach chairs and umbrellas. Jerome was great with finding us chairs and making sure we were all set at the beach. The snorkeling was amazing and so convenient, with the reef located right at the property. There are some restaurants within walking distance of the condo, and one restaurant right on the property. We rented a car for our stay and found it easy to get around. The condo is centrally located and an easy drive to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shopping. We felt safe and secure at this property. We will be back!

Amazingly beautiful property and condo. Ultra clean, well appointed and amazing ocean front view from the large beautiful terrace. Be sure to bring bug spray with deet - the no see ums will get you at night. The "midges" can bite through fabric. The reef is amazing and our 10 year old daughter had the time of her life snorkeling (as did my wife and I). Best beach vacation we have ever had. Forget Aruba, Jamaica, Mexico, etc. Book this condo with confidence.

What a beautiful property on a beautiful island. We enjoyed Coral Gardens so much! The condo was absolutely stunning and the view from the balcony was incredible. Great place

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were spacious and clean. It would have been nice to have more than salt and pepper as far as spices go in the cabinet.View, beach and pools are fabulous, too.
