"Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city. "Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"If you want to live like a real New Yorker, skip the hotels. The unit is super clean, even cuter than the description, and it has everything you'll need. I experienced a slight hiccup upon check-in, but the host remedied it within minutes and was very responsive throughout my entire stay. The little patio is HUGE by NY standards, and serene.
