Queen size bed with additional pull out sofa bed, will accommodate three people. or two adults and one child Note: The bathroom has a claw foot tub with shower; if you have difficulty stepping into a claw foot tub, please take that into consideration. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap is provided. Along with towels . Only well behaved, housebroken dogs are permitted. No more than 1 dog allowed. Dog must be Well behaved and housebroken.Cats not permitted. **Dogs Must be crated when you're not on the property. ( unless you have complete confidence in your dog. I provide , a small Folding crate. For your pet ,so you do not need to bring one.This property , is for the couple looking for a quiet, private, peaceful get away. I do not rent my property during December , January and February to any one that does not have four-wheel-drive preferably an SUV. As the property is on an upward slope. There is also an additional $10 per night rental fee doing December January and February.
