"What an experience. Bill and Paula and their extended family were so kind, and really made us feel welcome in their family and their village of Yamata. The accommodations were clean, the food was excellent, and Bill was great with communication leading up to our visit. Snorkeling with sharks is not to be missed, and same with the low tide beach that is walkable (between Wayasewa and Wayalevu). "Ocean View is a must-stay homestay for anyone looking to experience true Fiji time. As a solo traveler, the room was perfect — clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Vil and Paola took amazing care of me and always made sure I was comfortable. While the food was a bit pricey, the portions were massive as long as you are an adventurous eater — depite this I never finished a full plate! "The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. They were wonderful , from Kasa the manager, Bunny , Sophia and ? In the kitchen to the guys who provided us with coconuts and fixed any problems. Our outside shower was fantastic despite occasional water supply problems "

"There was limited power and lightning, flies all over the food, if you want to feel like your living in a cave with flies all over your food you should go here, if not you should stay away, was not 3 - 5 coarse meals as advertised, really need some complimentary sports equipment to use while there, **do not vist***"
