First floor is welcoming with a visually beautiful living room and kitchen, perfect for gathering, cooking, playing games or catching a late night movie on your 65” tv (with cable) cozying up on the comfortable Italian leather couch. Half bath with washer/dryer is also located on the first floor. Make your way upstairs, where you’ll find 2 bedrooms, one queen and one full. Upstairs bath has a tiled tub/shower. Outside, enjoy your South facing rear deck for warm sun all day long, or have a nice relaxing fire in the fire pit. Venturing out, you’ll be pleased how convenient it is visit all surrounding areas. This is a great place to stay for a quick ride to Harkness State Park, Rocky Neck State Park, Eugene O’Neill theater, Waterford Beach, Ocean Beach, Hole in the Wall Beach, McCooks Beach, Crescent Beach, Cini Beach, Pleasure Beach, Soundview Beach, Rhode Island beaches, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos, Supercharged Indoor Karting, Dinosaur Place, Great Wolf indoor water park. Take a day trip to Newport or catch the high speed ferry for a day at Block island. Go on a hike with plenty of trails close by. Beach essentials are here for you, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, sand toys, etc… Everything you need for a day at the beach or day of exploring is on site. We’ve got you covered.
