This cozy home is conveniently in the middle of the Mat-Su Valley. Located on one wooded acre, this furnished home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. We love hosting guests on holiday, getaways, business, vacation, family visits or anything else that brings you to the stunning beauty surrounding Wasilla, Alaska!

Beautiful place, very clean, very comfortable beds, excellent hot water pressure and hotness. Was very appreciative of having a dog lead off the front porch and a pooper scooper with bags to pick up after our pet. Quiet neighborhood very easy to access and convenient to all major stores. Wonderful outdoor swing we loved to sit on. Excellent communication from host amd easy check in/out process. We added a few things and left behind for future guests to use. Could use a few minor things to make it more comfortable/convenient. Such as dish towels in the kitchen, paper and pen, comment book for recommendations and praise!. A magnetic screen door would have been great as our dog likes to stay outside and sunbake but the mosquitoes decided they wanted inside. We gound a great local italian place nearby..Marcellos would highly recommend! Lots of food for good price and delicious. Beautifully decorated and the convenience of the washer and dryer with detergents and softner was an added bonus! We left with all clean clothes. Simple check out process. Simplely put we'd stay there again in a heartbeat!! Loved it!!! Thank you.

We stayed here for a family vacation, and overall, the property was adequate for our needs. The location was a plus convenient and in a good area and the beds were comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out.That said, the home could really benefit from better maintenance and a deep cleaning. It felt a bit worn and neglected in spots. The kitchen was pretty sparse in terms of amenities but there was a coffee pot and some coffee provided, which we appreciated.This place worked for us because we werenā€™t spending much time indoors, but if youā€™re planning to cook or hang around the house a lot, just know itā€™s a bit barebones. We wouldnā€™t rule out staying again, but weā€™d come with adjusted.

Fine for a one night stay. Everything worked. Hot water was slow but thatā€™s not unusual in these type of older properties. Wifi was strong and check in and out were very easy. Basic amenities and ok matresses. I super appreciated the black out blinds! Bathroom is pretty tiny but that didnā€™t bug us (again just kind of an old style house in Alaska thing. Nice location that has some privacy but is close to stuff. If youā€™re looking for lux amenities and chic decor this is probably not your speed but we plan to stay here again.

The dishes in cupboard were dirty along with silverware. There were dirty socks under the couch from previous guests. The door to one of the drawers in kitchen fell off when I opened it.

Property was in a rural area in the city. Great opportunity to feel like a local but be close to the cities amenities. Easy access to the house and was very clean. Host has pans, shampoo and body wash available if needed. There is WiFi available and the TV has Hulu. The laundry room is located in the building in the other side of the house so you have to exit outside and enter another door at the other end of the house. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Host was great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Basic rental with very few amenities. The sofa is SUPER uncomfortable to sit on and the shower/bath floor needs anti-skid strips. It's very slick. Otherwise, it had a comfortable bed with clean linen and clean home overall.

We stayed at the house for 3 days. The owner is kind to let us drop off the luggages before chekc in time. A great location, easy accessing point to Anchorage and Valdez, and next to the gas station is a plus. A clean place, good hot water shower, comfy bed, can't ask for more.

The owner added a new sofa the day we checked in which was great, and the beds were comfortable. Otherwise, very basic decor and supplies. Old iron skillet on stove and dirty/dusty pots and pans below sink. Silverware minimal. Side lamps minimal or not provided. Clean, AND restoration of woodwork, paint, door jams, etc. would take this unit up a notch or two. Window in second bedroom had broken handle so went outside to push it closed. Shower had adequate pressure and hot water was aplenty. TV area could use another chair beaudes the sofa.

This was a nice little place, similar to an apartment. The kitchen had the basics and there were extra blankets, tp, etc. The curtains are dark which was very much appreciated since it was light all night. Jheyson was super quick to respond to a question. The neighborhood is very quiet, tucked back in the woods and has a cabin feel. The beds were super comfortable!
