"We loved the hotel, besides the location being excellent, the staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Kevin. The hotel was so cozy, we felt at home. "Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet had recently been vacuumed which was nice. The WiFi worked great, and I enjoyed the benefit of having access to a TV with cable in the bedroom. There was hand soap, and even shampoo in the shower if I needed it. The window AC unit in the bedroom worked just fine. Dr. Gibson had stellar communication throughout and was accommodating to a request I had made. Very friendly. "We were in town to visit our new grandson and the location was perfect. Very good communication with the owner and he provided everything we needed. We would love to stay here next time."

"A wonderful place! Very conveniently located on Capitol Hill with plenty transit options in a historic and walkable neighborhood. A cozy oasis, with all the modern amenities you want in a charming exterior. The coffee options were excellent:) Trever and Julian were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, such a great place!"

"Such a great place to stay in DC! This house was so cute and walkable to all of the best spots in Capitol Hill. There were several great restaurants and cafes right around the corner (Call Your Mother is the BEST for breakfast). Check in/out was super easy and the house itself was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience all DC has to offer! "

"The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. "Enjoyed our stay with family of 5. Very unique and clean rowhouse. Close to everything. Felt safe but did not venture out at night. No issues with street parking. Would recommend to others."
