"This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

"Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again."
