"This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

However, there were just a few items that we would suggest for safety reasons: a safety bar in the bathtub and a non-slip mat or something similar at the bottom of the tub. Some of the stones on the front path from the drive are loose. The people who were in the upstairs apartment had a dog which we saw with them on the patio and also heard bark one night...
