"We enjoyed our stay so close to the Tides Inn for the Taste of the Bay. Irvington is a quaint walkable town, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of fast paced locations."

"Everything was very nice. The kitchen is located on the second floor and has everything one could need. There is plenty of room for having a big family dinner. The yard is quite large which our dogs appreciated. There is no fence around the yard but it wasn’t an issue for us. We would happily stay here again. "

"Great place to stay for the weekend. Place was quiet and peaceful. The house furnished well with great amenities. Fishing and kayaking from off the dock. Also life jackets available for the kids for safety as well. Catching crabs off the docks, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding. The house has nice deck in the back where we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon and evening activities playing corn hole, and spent good time sitting in front of fire pit was great. It was pleasure to stay spent...

"Awesome place for a quick getaway Enjoyed the water at the neighborhood beach was some grass there but we had are water shoesHot tub was just right just used are umbrella so the sun wasn’t on us during afternoon Would stay there again beautiful placeThere is a dirt road so no need to clean your vehicle before you get there but the people are considerate on the road"

"This is our second year at Mariners Legacy for a family vacation with 4 generations! This is such an excellent location to relax and enjoy the river. We spend most of our time on the back porch just watching the boats, birds, and jumping fish. Great place for the kids and adults to catch crabs and fish. "Perfect for us…3 retired couples looking to “get away” and spend some fun times together! We had chef Brenda make our dinner on our arrival day with a charcuterie board as well… all delicious! Dinner at the Tides Inn the next night, excellent as well ! Shopped at Dandelion and the Antique Mall. Wish it wasn’t so hot out but that’s just the way it was…couldn’t spend time outside but we had wine and played games! Maria responds quickly if needed. We would definitely stay again!"

"This was our third trip to this house.....we love the location, it is private and picturesque...we got to see the bald eagles again!!!!!! WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. The home is beautiful. WE hope to return! "

"This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first...

"Great hosts. Very nice place to stay. Great views. Seen rabbits and deer each morning. Enjoyed some time out in the water and just enjoying the area. Would suggest this place to anyone interested in staying in Deltaville. "

"Nice private property, nice modern house. Our family had a great time. Water from shoreline is shallow and you are able to walk out a considerable length depending on tide. Great for swimming and crabbing. Owner was responsive and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this property to all for a quiet saltwater getaway."
