Complex and Location are top notch. the unit itself is not exactly luxurious, needed to call for a couple maintenance/repairs, but generally adequate for our needs. It was well-equipped except for cleaning supplies which we could have really used with our month-long stay. note that unit has no parking place and laundry is communal coin-op - but the laundry room was close

This place was amazing! We have stayed at quite a few short term rentals over the years and sometimes the pictures make it look better than reality--not so here! The views are spectacular! When we first arrived, we couldn't pull ourselves off of the lanai for the first day. Eating breakfast each morning with these views was unforgettable.
We were hoping for three things--a beautiful ocean view, a quiet, off the beaten path location, and easy access to explore the island. This had everything.
The apartment itself was pristine and appears to have been beautifully remodeled.
Although there wasn't a reserved parking spot, we did always find some nearby street parking.
By the time we were leaving, we were daydreaming of having a place like this of our own someday :-)
This will definitely be the first place we look up if we make it back to Maui again!

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable
The property is nice, but older. The beds we’re comfortable and it had everything needed. The parking was across the street which was a little inconvenient. It was my husband, my mom and I who stayed there. We got a noise complaint from the guy under us for talking on the lanai in the morning while we had breakfast and coffee. The air conditioner stopped working a few times. We just turned it off for an hour and turned it back on then it worked again. We enjoyed our stay.

Great view from the lanai
The view from this lanai was the best. We could often see whales without having to leave the condo. Great set up (two bedroom two bath) for two couples to stay together and still have your own private space.
Everything was clean and very well equipped. Normally there are a few spices and condiments left behind to share but there were none. This might be due to covid. Parking on the street wasn’t a problem. There is a loading zone when you are dealing with suitcases or large grocery orders. I recommend you leave a rag and cleanser in the car to clear the tree debris and bird droppings off the windows. The shared washer & dryer can only be paid for with a credit card. This becomes prohibitive when you have an out of country cc and are charged a user fee for each transaction. No problem - I just came home with a great deal of dirty laundry
A very well kept complex and sound proof between the units. I was warned this was a windy area of the island. I didn’t think it would bother me but the noise of wind blowing for days on end became an issue. We were told it wasn’t normally as strong as what we experienced

Mirrors in photos really give an inaccurate perception of this unit. This unit does not have a designated parking spot. We had to park on the street.

Great view
Elevator very close to our room, which was very convenient for my mother who was in a wheel chair. Trash laundry room and stairs also close. View was beautiful. Even seen turtles from the condo grounds. Close to docks for excursions and aquarium, even a mini golf.

The View is the best part
Yes, the view is really nice. The rest of this place is mediocre at best. The space is pretty small for saying that 5-6 people can fit. We had four and it was pretty tight, especially around the dining table. The hot water heater is an issue. For a two bathroom unit, an electric 30 gallon tank is absolutely insufficient. We couldn't even have two consecutive showers at once without running out of somewhat warm water, which makes it difficult to plan for going out each day or going out in the evening with four people. Vacasa tried their best and were responsive, but it's not like they could do anything about the size of the water heater, and the owner really should be stepping up to resolve this issue. The towels were cheap and small, couldn't even wrap around an average person, and the kitchen was barely equipped. The parking is an issue, too. It's obvious that there are reserved spaces in the parking lot, but NOT FOR THIS UNIT! We had to park on the street and hope for a space when sharing the street spaces with people coming to the harbor. The location is great, but this specific unit is a washout.

Nice property at Maui. Size is adequate for families with two bedrooms and each have a dedicated bathroom. Kitchen amenities such as coffee maker toaster utensils and supplies such as dishwasher fluid and washer pods and beach items present such as towels and boogie boards. Everything is clean. Would love to have newer sofa though. Location is perfect as it is by the harbor. Overall great value for this wonderfully maintained property

Plus: 1) location, 2) view of ocean from balcony
Minus: 1)hot water turns cold consistently half way through shower 2) neck pain from sleeping on mattress that should be replace 3)the whole complex is assigned parking and this unit has no assigned parking. Need to park off street otherwise get toll away notice within 5 min 4)we were charged a hefty service fees. Notice in the condo task us with the requirement of taking out trash. I think there should be an option to take trash out if weather warrant that, not an requirement. If it is a requirement, it need to make known before booking.
5) the units are closely located to each other. So much so that you would have a conversation with at least 7 to 8 of your neighbors at the balcony.

This was the perfect spot and distance from everything and best of all had an amazing view of the ocean and if you wake up early enough clouds permitting you can catch the sun rise too.

Great Location
The condo was conveniently located to all the surrounding areas of interest, with no drive too far. Views off the patio/lanai were awesome. Quiet complex. Lots of amenities in the condo, just need to look around inside cabinets and closets. The ONLY downside I found was that the floors could use a good scrubbing. Feet definitely got dirty walking around barefoot day 1. Otherwise awesome stay, would stay there again. 😊

A wonderful stay in an Amazing Ocean View 3rd floor condo! We watched whales breaching from the pool and from our lanai.
The only suggestion would be having some dish towels and a few more forks for our use.

Excellent condo exactly as shown online many amenities and the location is perfect to walk to the aquarium, harbour and restaurants. Would book it again without hesitation.
