"Our overall experience was good! Our only (but noteworthy) complaint would be the cleanliness. The kitchen looked as though it hadn't been cleaned it a while. Its a small kitchen so its noticeable. With a 200 cleaning fee, we shouldn't walk into this. With that said we did contact the host and they said asked if we wanted the cleaner to come back over. We did decline since we were already in the condo. We didn't use the washer /dryer because the washer smelled pretty bad.There's a beach thats...

"The property is right on the beach and we enjoyed our sunrise beach walks a lot. The upstairs A/C didn't work and Melanie (the host) rush ordered another fan for us while she sent a handyman to fix it promptly! Great communication through the entire process and worked around our travel schedule to get the A/C fixed!"

"Our family really enjoyed staying on this property. This condo had everything we needed. The AC in the master bedroom did not work for us at all during our stay, but it didn’t discomfort us at all. The property manager did come asap and try to work on it. We slept with the door open and the strong AC from the living room flowed into the bedroom. "Pelo segundo ano seguido vamos passar as férias no Ritz Kapalua, tudo foi incrível, só achei muito deselegante o serviço de guarda sol ser cobrado na praia do hotel, no ano passado não era cobrado. Não e pelos valores, mas parece um pouco nao respeitoso com o hospede que ja paga muito alto a diaria."
