Our space is designed to comfortably host 4 guests with the two queen beds, but we can accommodate extra guests with an Air Mattress upon request. Treat the home and furnishings with respect, as if it were your own. Any damages, excessive wear and tear, missing or broken items caused during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional repair or replacement charges

Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, out of respect for other guest and neighbors
Please keep noise minimal when on lanais, hallways, or common areas.

Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out — we’re in the tropics and critters love snacks too.
4. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai.
Violators will be fined $250.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Turn off AC when leaving the unit and keep doors/windows closed when AC is running.
