"Perfect for relaxing with 3 generations - great beach, nice pool, peaceful, comfortable & very clean, with a sweet patio for relaxing. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and tho we didn’t use them, the snorkels for great snorkeling right off the beach. We met local friends at the Beach Cafe & liked having the coffee bar at the hotel too. Perfect! Mahalo"

"We loved the condo and the location . We were able to utilize the amenities of the Ritz without having to stay in the hotel. We were a little disappointed in the response time from the property manager. One question was never responded to and our fist question took more than 24 hours to get a response.All in, I would highly recommend this condo"

"Tudo conforme descrito. A casa estava bem abastecida com artigos de limpeza, toalhas e bem limpa. A TV ou não funcionou ou não conseguimos usar o controle remoto, após várias tentativas. Comunicação com administrador foi lenta no início , demorando para ter respostas, mas ok depois. Muito boa estadia de forma geral!"

"We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. It's nice to be so close to Lei Lei's for a meal or even a to-go order. Oh, and the beds are SO SO...

"This property was the perfect space for our family vacation. We have a family of 5, with 3 boys ages 10, 12, and 14. They fit in the loft together and actually really loved it. It had everything we needed to make our stay absolutely perfect. We will definitely stay here in the future and really look forward to it! Thank you!! "

"Great property and location. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, plenty of towels and beach items were appreciated! Could use an ac unit in the downstairs bedroom. But other areas cooled off nicely. "

"We had an amazing week at the condo. It was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect up at the North Shore. We loved the kitchen and living area for our family to gather. We didn’t know there were beach chairs and towels which was an added bonus! We would stay again if we came back to O’ahu. "

"We were glad to find this 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit that was much less pricey than the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort, but still within walking distance of the restaurant and resort facilities. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking items and grocery stores are close by. There is a nice lanai with seating and boogie boards/equipment and a view of the golf course. "The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. Also, the AC wasn’t great in the kids room on the third floor loft and it’s really not a private...

"The location of Sheraton Waikiki is unbeatable — right on the beach with stunning views of Diamond Head. The infinity pool is beautiful (though often overcrowded), and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The resort is also very convenient, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. However, for a hotel of this caliber and price, several things fell short. We received no special welcome despite it being our honeymoon, and had to request a room upgrade even though the hotel wasn't fully booked. Room cleanliness was below expectations — dusty bedside areas and a dated bathroom with no signs of deep cleaning. It felt like only surface-level attention was given. Breakfast was another major downside. It was crowded, and instead of a buffet, you could only choose one fixed option per day, with no substitutions or repeats. Coffee was refillable, but juice wasn't. Vegetarian options were almost nonexistent and no way to add eggs or adjust protein coices, only just fruit, toast, or a pastry. The resort overall felt overcrowded. The main hallway looks like a public shopping center, and the pool and restaurant areas are open to the public, which added to the lack of privacy. Also, soundproofing was poor — we could hear people in the hallway and next door. We enjoyed the views, location, and bed, but expected more in terms of cleanliness, service, and overall experience — especially for a honeymoon."

Apenas as atividades esportivas que o hotel tem são terceirizadas e bem caras. Eles falam em desconto por ser hóspedes, mas as empresas não dão o desconto. "
