"A bit hard to find but this Inn was great. We loved our stay there. Our room was very nice. It was right next to the stream which provided some 'white noise' to block out any noisy pub activity (it can get a bit noisy on the weekends especially). The staff were amazing. The food was wonderful (especially breakfast). Prices were reasonable. If you are a guest there, the staff made sure a table was always reserved. Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation. "

"All aspects of the hotel were very good, all rooms were pleasingly decorated and as you would wish in a traditional highland hotel, even down to some whisky in the room. We requested a front room and this was provided. Great cooking. "

"The location was great, the property was beautiful and the people were very friendly"

"The staff are the greatest asset. All friendly, helpful and smiling. The food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The room was huge - only negative was that it was a big too warm inside because the weather was sunny. No air con ( I don’t think). The grounds are gorgeous and views breathtaking. Extremely handy for Explorers Garden and Pitlochry theatre. Will definitely be back. Great facilities : gym, pool, hit tubs - lovely bar area too. "

"Nice stay. Room spacious, clean and a good selection of channels on TV. Good breakfast included in price. Nice setting, good for town and theatre. All good."

"We enjoyed it very much, the scenery is wonderful. We have stayed before and returned as we enjoyed the food last time. We did feel the dinners we had were not a patch on last time sadly. The breakfasts were great though. The staff are great and tried hard to make our stay good, including a super speedy breakfast on our final day!"

"The issue I had was that hotels.com charged me a 100 pounds more than the hotel said my bill was but I had already paid on line. I won’t be using hotels.com again."

Not worth the money

"Nice hotel, but the description on the website does not informs that the hotel has a separate facility where the rooms are located, so you have to check in, get out of the building, walk 50 meters, enter another building and go up to the room by stairs without any help from the staff. The room was very small, with a even smaller window and a even smaller TV (wich I would call a pc monitor). The bathrrom was small and not very well designed, so you can not use the toilet and have the door open at the same time, wich is terrible considering the bathroom does not have a window. Confortable bed makes it better. The breakfeast is weak, with almost zero choices from the buffet; the kitchen made breakfeast, on the other hand, was really good. Overall, does not worth the money."

"O hotel é antigo o acesso aos quartos são péssimos. Os corredores possuem várias portas o que prejudica o conforto de quem está querendo descansar, pois é porta batendo a madrugada inteira. Não havia elevador, tivemos que subir escadas com nossas malas. O estacionamento é pequeno e apertado. O atendimento no check e checkout é bom, mas do café da manhã é muito ruim."
