"A well designed studio flat with lovely touches, a comfy bed and a good shower. There was a kitchenette with minimal facilities - just enough to do breakfast and microwave the leftover food we had brought with us. (Note there are steep narrow stairs into the flat) Great location near Aberfeldy and Loch Tay, we enjoyed exploring the beautiful scenery in the area. Also, there are some restaurant options and a Coop, a short drive away in Aberfeldy. We would stay here again. "

"Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"A lovely clean, cosy house with great size bedrooms and kitchen! 2 shower rooms and an additional toilet is also great for a big group! An extra Lounge space would be ideal if using at full capacity as it currently only sits 6/7 comfortably. Brilliant garden as well but the drive way is tight for getting cars in and out but free car charging is much appreciated! We would definitely stay again:) "

"We really enjoyed our stay here for a group of five. Nicely laid out property and great views of the valley, hills, and mountains. The property is nice and modern. I found the beds comfortable, but my friend said they were a little soft and bouncy. We loved that we could watch Netflix and television easily. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Clean room, lovely decor. Little touches that made it all that more cozy and welcoming. Decorative wallpaper, throw blanket and pillows that matches the room decor. Just lovely. Bed wasn’t super hard which I loved. Book beds are usually miserably hard and this was nicer would have loved memory foam even more, but they did have one in a room it was just booked. Lovely hosts. Alyx was great, as was Derrick, Gary and everyone at the hotel. Would def return! "

"Absolutely everything! What a great find this establishment is. If we return to Pitlochry we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The facilities are top notch, lovely, clean and quiet room (7) in the Courtyard, huge and very comfortable bed and a very spacious and spotless bathroom. Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! , so many choices on the menu and all breakfasts cooked fresh to order using local, fresh produce. "Nice hotel, but the description on the website does not informs that the hotel has a separate facility where the rooms are located, so you have to check in, get out of the building, walk 50 meters, enter another building and go up to the room by stairs without any help from the staff. The room was very small, with a even smaller window and a even smaller TV (wich I would call a pc monitor). The bathrrom was small and not very well designed, so you can not use the toilet and have the door open at...

"Dean and Paul are wonderful hosts and made our stay at the Birchwood extremely comfortable. They also helped us navigate our upcoming trip through inclement weather. The hotel itself is lovely and very thoughtfully constructed. Will definitely stay here next time in Pitlochry. "
