When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. "We had a lovely stay at this resort and found it to be good value for money. The staff were excellent, very friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, the pool was well maintained, and the views were magnificent. Breakfast was fairly standard but adequate. I made a mistake and booked on October 12th the 13th because I arrived at 4:50 a.m. as opposed to booking October 11th October 12th on a non-refundable hotel room when I realized what I did I called them and they let me stay in the room from 6:00 in the morning to 12:00 in the afternoon to catch my cruise.
