The property is fully fenced in. The house has a New BBQ and seating for eight with dining and lounging area on the rear patio.

This 2-story open plan home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths There's a first-floor bedroom with a full bed on the first floor along with a powder room.

On the second floor there's a bunk room with a bunk bed (twin over full), a main bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a bath/shower combination in the hallway between the bedrooms.

The bunk bedroom features a full balcony with a two-person seating area. There is front porch with seating for 4.

The home sleeps 7 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a Mr. Coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, pot and pans, Farberware cutlery and service for up to 7 people, there are board games for the entire family. There is an adjustable 47" smart HD TV in the LR, and a 27" smart TV in the first floor BR and 27" smart TV the bunk bedroom.

At the end of the block there is a new park, playground, and sports complex, which is perfect for the kids as well as your guests.

Enjoy the bay only a 2-minute drive from the house for a taste of the Bay beach scene and wonderful sunsets. The bay is a wonderful place for exploring and discovering a world of wildlife and marine life. You'll see plenty of horseshoe crabs, gulls, pipers, and if you're lucky you might even spot a pod of dolphins off the shore or a bald eagle.

Visit the Cape May beaches, take a tour through Cape May with world class restaurants, wineries, breweries, theaters, nature preserves, and other attractions. You can just stay home and barbecue, relax in the hot tub, around the gas fire-pit or take the 10-minute walk to your beach to watch one of our spectacular Delaware Bay sunsets. Travel 5 minutes south to North Cape May and visit the Cape May ferry terminal for a ferry ride or eat at one of the three restaurants with outdoor dining and entertainment. While in North Cape May you can visit the Cape May winery, one of the area's finest. We are located a 15-minute drive to downtown Cape May, and a 15-minute drive to the beaches and boardwalk in Wildwood. Don't forget to visit the Cape May Zoo, one of Trip advisors’ top US zoos with no admission fees.
