"Arrival was simple enough…park in the back of the unit where the garage door was, walk around the front to electronically key in and open the garage door to unload. The place was clean and spacious with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This is in the middle of a multi unit condo building which was relatively quiet and private. "The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

"We stayed here while on our visit to Washington DC, and it was so convenient for visiting the city. The house was spotless with very comfortable, clean furniture throughout. The kitchen is beautiful with newer appliances. The bathrooms both had great showers with really good water pressure and plenty of hot water. "This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, along with bath soap and shampoo in the shower.I would note that entering the apartment requires walking down a narrow set of twelve steps, something to consider if you have mobility concerns.
