Casas de Campo em Viena, GA

"it was very nice for the price, and right on the lake. one downfall was the internet, not very strong and it would come and go. probably need more info about what items were and werent included."

"The staff were excellent, room clean, breakfast wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Great value."

"O hotel é otimo, so que tem uma linha de trem que passa ao lado de hora em hora dormir impossivel"

"Excellent stay except for small issue when we checked in our room’s bathroom had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Staff was nice enough to upgrade us to a different and larger room. It’s obvious these facilities (villa rooms) are brand new so it’s expected that everything is very nice. All rooms have views of the lake and have porches to relax at. Restaurant is walking distance and the food was very good. Overall nice weekend stay. Just hope that as time passes they keep it in the same...

"The young man in the front desk was very nice the breakfast was really how can I say small like we went in there to get breakfast and they had a couple of stuff and some gravy but it would look like it was only four scoops of gravy made there and the apple juice was watery the apple juice was very watery nobody was in the front tooth you can ask him for anything but otherwise we had a good time when we checked in"

"I couldn't stay it was so disgusting."

"Located across the street from gas and food, my room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and told me to call with any questions. For me the location is very convenient, halfway between FL and Nashville. I would return to the motel when in the area."

My reservation had been prepaid through Expedia, yet I was told there was nothing the hotel could do. I sat down to contact Expedia, whose agent was courteous and immediately called the hotel to resolve the situation. After being unable to make progress with the front desk, the matter was escalated to another Expedia representative, who also contacted the...

"The staff was great! The property was beautiful. The fine dining was good. But our room could have been better. The blinds were filthy, My bed had something in it that needed brushed off before I laid down. The bathroom had hair on the walls and the molding was brown from lack of cleaning. This is a beautiful historic hotel. And the staff we encountered were great. But the cleaning staff needs to get better."

"The room was very clean"

"Very clean with comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Good value."
