"I could hear the seals barking the moment I arrived. This house is one block from the beach. I didn’t get a chance to use all of the equipment in the garage, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, games, etc. the focus of this trip was to go explore the Channel Islands. The location was very convenient to get to the ferry dock in Ventura. There were also some really good restaurants near by. There were three bedrooms which gave us plenty of room for 6 of us."

"Our stay was comfortable, construcción is still ongoing however we were made aware of it multiple times. We didn’t have any issues it was a short weekend getaway. Any everything went smoothly for us and our family. "
