"The property is lovely. High ceilings, hardwood floors, large rooms so everyone could spread out, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen. Austin was easy to work with. Close to downtown and 1-mile walk to the beach. Only drawback was just one bathroom on the main floor, but we made it work. The sauna was great! Would definitely rent this place again."

"This home doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful home with so much space and all the amenities. Well equipped kitchens, super comfy beds, The location is perfect- right on the beach- with 3 outside areas to sit, eat, recline. Restaurants, stores, bars, entertainment in walking distance! Owner was quick to respond to calls/texts/emails before, during and after our visit. Best place we ever rented and hope to go back! "

"The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. "

Danny was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for us to stay while we visited our family over the holidays. Full kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and the living room had ample space to hang out. Great spot - will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others in the area!"
