"The property and room were wonderful! It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. I do wish I had brought my own pillow, and there could have been a pizza cutter/more utensils available. I did love that there was a box fam in the closet. I always sleep with a fan. The beach chairs were great. They were light, easy to carry, and it was so nice that we didn’t have to pack our own on our 14 our drive. "When I arrived at the hotel, I had to mail a card for a family member’s birthday. The General Manager, Tonya, helped me to do and went out of her way to ensure my card got mailed out in time. When I checked out of the hotel I left my necklace in the room and Tonya went out of her way to quickly check on my necklace and immediately responded to me and made certain my necklace was mailed out to me that day.
