"Cleaner came every day. Well maintained and as advertised"

"I like that the place was about 15 minutes from downtown, but it was very misleading. I did not know that it was just a room I was under the impression that you get a private living room and kitchen. you get a room like a one bedroom in a 3 story house shared with a lot of people. The living room is Shared. The kitchen is Shared and you only get like a room a single bedroom."

"Clean comfy beds. Beautiful space and views."

"The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!"

"6th Ave BNB is a very cozy place, and its conveniently located around restaurants/bars you can easily walk to. I love this area :-) Thank you sooo much for letting me stay !! Its such a beautiful place. Everything was set up wonderfully. The coziest Staycation ever. I look forward to staying there again when I travel up there. Thank you"

"Alexandra and Harry were wonderful hosts - so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Their guest house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Even during the hot summer days, the space stayed nice and cool (A/C and fans provided). The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and quite hilly (a good little workout!). It was also only about a 10-minute walk to the light rail station, making it easy and convenient to get downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily...

"Acomodação razoável, bairro excelente, quarto barulhento, vizinhos não respeitaram o horário de silêncio, pé da cama direito na área de passagem causando contusões."

"Very communicative and helpful staff! Quiet, nice neighborhood. The shared kitchen was a convenient nice bonus. Will come back again."

"The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking."

"Nice and relaxing"

"Clean Kind/helpful owner"
