The master bedroom boasts a King bed fit for royalty; The second bedroom rocks a Queen bed that's all about that sweet slumber, and the den area brings in a Double bed for extra comfy vibes. You will have access to all building amenities including gym, indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, outdoor inflatable hot tub, roof top deck, and garden space.

You will have my home to yourself throughout your stay. Our 24/7 guest support team is available to assist with any questions or concerns you might have during your stay.

Hold onto your hats because we're smack dab in the center of Vancouver's. We are around the corner from BC Place & Rogers Arena which means non-stop fun with sports, concerts, and more. When the city calls, you're already there – the hottest restaurants, the trendiest shops, and all that cultural jazz are just steps away.

The suite is situated in Crosstown. It is aptly called this because you are at the crossroads of the best Vancouver has to offer. You are right between Gastown & Yaletown, step away from Rogers Arena, BC Place and the Parq Casino. The location really can't be beat for exploring this amazing city.

This modern townhouse is a picture of convenience and comfort! Conveniently located close to Downtown Vancouver, you can easily jump on a bus, catch a train, or hop onto the Skytrain, whichever you prefer! What's more, the area boasts a fantastic 98% Walkscore, meaning that it's an ideal spot for those who enjoy exploring their surroundings on foot. Additionally, the townhouse is a mere 5 minutes by taxi to both the Cruise ship terminal and train station, making it the perfect base for those with a spirit of adventure!

Ensuring that your stay with us is nothing short of amazing is our top priority. Take a moment to review the details below to make sure our suite aligns perfectly with your expectations:

1. Much like other major urban cities such as Los Angeles; Vancouver also struggles with a significant homeless population. While the Crosstown area in downtown Vancouver is considered safe (as the location is so central) it is common to encounter individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction issues, or panhandling around the vicinity. To ensure a safe and secure stay, our building has 24-hour security that you can contact if any issues arise. It's important to note that this issue is prevalent throughout downtown Vancouver, and if you are uncomfortable with interacting with these individuals, you may want to consider staying at a high-end hotel such as Hotel Vancouver or choosing a property further away from the Downtown core.

2. Our suite boasts an incredibly central location that puts you right at the heart of all the action and right next to the Skytrain. Being in the downtown hub does comes with the buzz of city life, including the usual urban sounds you would expect.

For those who are light sleepers or tend to hit the hay early, it's good to note that our proximity to the skytrain means you will catch a sound now and then especially when on patios or if you sleep with the windows open. If you're sensitive to city noises then it may be better to look further out of the city.

3. Our den is a versatile space that's connected to the living room, offering a unique layout that adds to the charm of our suite. We've set it up with a privacy curtain to ensure your comfort and create a cozy nook but it's important to note that while the den is designed for privacy with the curtain, it's not a fully enclosed bedroom.
PARKING - Do not let anyone follow in behind you at the front door or if you're parking in the underground garage, do not let a car or person follow you in, wait for the gate to close behind you or you will be fined $200 for every infraction (the building has cameras at the entrances and elevators).

HOT TUB - please do not turn it off at any point during or at the end of your stay. It can remain on at all times.
- please do not put anything in the water (no bubbles, soap, salts etc.)
- please shower before getting in the tub.

(1.) No Parties - Zero tolerance, you will be asked to leave my home immediately. Quiet time is after 10 pm. I don't mind if you have fun inside my home, but do not talk loudly, play music on the balconies after 10 pm and if you're having fun inside the unit, please close the balcony doors after 10 pm so the sound doesn't travel to my neighbours.

(2.) No Smoking, or Vaping or Marijuana inside the unit or on the balcony or in the elevators or hallways. You must leave the building and be 2 meters away from any door or you will be issued a $200 fine for each infraction.

(3.) Be respectful to everyone in the building, in the elevators, hallways, lobbies, please keep your voices down as this is a residential building.

(4.) Do not let other people follow you in the building and if you have a car, stop and wait for the gate to close behind you when entering and leaving the parkade or you will be issued a $200 fine for each infraction.

Overall, had a great stay and the place was perfect for our family of 5. Great bathrooms.Bedrooms were small so hard to manage luggage, but we made it work for 2 nights.We had trouble checking in late night when we were VERY tired and ready to collapse, which was not a good experience. No one answered the phone on the call box which left us trying to figure out what to do - no one we asked knew anything. It was quite frustrating, especially at that hour (around 1am).Once we got the key fobs then it was no problem!Since this only happened once we got over it and still had a nice stay.

This place was perfect for our small group. We really loved the location and the courtyard, pool, and rooftop patio. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and snacks. The hot tub advertise for the home should be removed, it’s dirty and small and I can’t see that anyone would want to use it. There is a great hot tub in the pool facility that is a 1 minute walk, that I would recommend instead. The detergent used on the sheets had a strong floral smell, which I am not a fan of. Most spaces were very clean, but there were some dusty and dirty areas that have been missed - nothing that made me love the place less though. It was perfect for us.

We travelled to Vancouver for an event at BC Place so the location was perfect and the townhouse great for myself, my Dad and my aunt. It was very clean as well and heated floors in upstairs bathrooms was a nice touch. The Skytrain is right next to the building which is great for getting around but you can really hear it in the townhouse.

The property was nicely updated inside and we enjoyed our stay. Updated appliances, nice patio and outdoor seating areas. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. The building has a lot of features that makes it nice for a family including pool and hot tub and great security. That’s probably the small downside, the drug abuse wanderers and panhandling was pretty high level, totally fine if you’re an adult, similar to any big city, but be a little cautious if you are concerned about kids. Be aware of your surroundings and you’ll be fine, but know what it is going on. There is an area about 4-5 blocks away you’ll want to avoid completely. Only other small advice I’d give to the property owners is to make the garage and parking information clearer up front by sending a PDF or something printable before check in. The website wouldn’t come up for us at check in and the instructions were stored in different parts of the website, eg park in the round about, go get the fob, then go and park. When I reached out for clarification I didn’t receive a response to either my call or text message so I had to figure it out on my own.

The condo is quite nice and in a nice courtyard. However, there were several issues that needed attention: dishwasher leaks, coffee maker is broken, BBQ is rusted and unusable, roof top deck would be nice but awning over the table is broken and hanging down so that it's easy to hit your head, and there were piles of gravel strewn around. Area around hot tub was not very clean. I tried to address these things with the owner prior to writing this, but have received no response.
