"Lite treningsrom men alt utstyr er nytt. God frokost og fantastisk personale. Rommene var svært rene, kanskje fordi hotellet er helt nytt. Det har kun vært åpent i to måneder. "

"The hotel was nice and had a good breakfast. The location was very dirty and quite displeasing! Service was not to standard, got tje feeling they were understaffed and people were not on hand even at the time they had told is they would be there. Also i am quite displeased that they would give one quote at payment renegue on the quote and ask for more (even if the original was already overpriced but that was what agreed to). Left a dishonesty feeling about it!"

"Wonderful hotel, I was really looked after whilst staying there. They went above and beyond to look after me. Front door always opened for me, fresh red carnation in room everyday, room cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, loved the chicken soup. I had the room on the 2nd floor, very quiet. Bed, sheets, pillows everything was great for a relaxing nights rest. I stayed here for 5 nights and will stay again if in Hanoi. "Central location, nice and clean rooms but the bathroom was not great as when you shower the whole bathroom got under water as there was only a small curtain and the whole floor was splashed, would be great to find a different solution for it as the room is so nicely done and it makes it so much less comfortable. For breakfast it took a lot of time to take the plates from the tables but otherwise we liked the hotel."
