"Beautiful resort with 3 clean pools. Hot tubs could’ve been warmer since weather was cool. Large clean room. Unfortunately we were there while the beaches were getting repaired for erosion. Not only could we not use the beach for 2 days, but could hear the beeping bulldozers 24/7. Very good food at all the restaurants. Breakfast buffet was amazing. "

"It was just OK. I decided to upgrade myself from one of the other hotels but it didn’t feel like an upgrade. Very expensive breakfast so myself like many others were walking around with our Starbucks cups where most seemed to head off to for breakfast. Pool bar was always closed, same for closed off fire pits etc that you see in the photos. There was one bar of soap in the room. Not even those plastic cups you get so I had to drink from the faucet with my head in the sink. It mostly just felt...

"My particular room had a strong moldy/musty smell. I was on the first floor and it was very loud. I left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. Unfortunately, there was an incident that involved a fire truck and several police cars that occurred late at night which was disruptive and concerning. The front desk clerk though very nice and accommodated me with an early check in was deathly sick and should have been home. I am a cancer patient and have a weak immune ...

"Property location is ideal for a perfect beach vacation. Service was extremely slow. Seems as though there wasn’t enough staff to accommodate all the guests on a busy week. Our room had amazing oceanfront views, however, when booking it said it slept 4 people and it did not. There was only one king bed and no sofa bed avail. Had to order a Rollabed for my two kids that the hotel said would be $25 a night. They said it wasn’t their fault due to booking through a third party website. Kind of...
