"My stay was excellent from start to finish. The rooms are newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Everything feels fresh and modern, with all new furniture and thoughtful details. The amenities provided were great, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. "I enjoyed every aspect of my visit and the hotel stay I only had ..one disappointment.. the towels.. The towels should be sent out to a cleaning service to be cleaned. We depend on the white clean and fluffy towels."
"There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation...
