"This property has potential of being amazing. But, potential is just that. Without investment into what truly matters, this property will chase away those truly interested in staying there. "The breakfast was consistently the same each of the 3 mornings we stayed. The pool looked like it needing cleaning and the exercise equipment seemed a little confusing to use. The front door staff was extremely helpful to all requests and greeted us with warmth and quality every day!"

"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. No air conditioning anywhere except the rooms. The entire property was dirty, poorly maintained, and the hallways smelled awful. The pool was closed for maintenance. On top of that, their broken Expedia integration turned getting a refund into a huge waste of time."

"The place is clean, but the entire hotel has been used and abused. Needs a serious makeover. What little is available for breakfast is only until 9:00am. That is too early to stop."

"The house keeping staff was very helpful. There was no wifi in the room and after repeated requests for the front desk staff to address the issue, nothing was done. The pool was not available (it had no water) and there was no breakfast as advertised. If you are planning on doing any work or watching an ipad from your room, stay somewhere else."
