"The staff was not very helpful we asked for towels serveral times but none were given to us even after talking with the staff saying they would bring us some. No room service for a two day stay"

"Employees were just okay at check-in. We waited over 10minutes for assistance and received no apologies. The breakfast was not good either. The room was fine, just very basic amenities. Left a bit disappointed as hotel rooms are not cheap, but it worked for bare minimum. The doors are also very loud no matter what, all day/night you hear other people’s door slamming shut. Not relaxing."

"Clean spacious room. Hot water in the shower with excellent water pressure. Comfy bed with sturdy luxurious pillows. TV has lots of channels."

"The hotel was ok. It needs updates. But for the price it was decent. The breakfast was not good though but if you need something real quick and don’t have time then it works, again the price is basically what you are getting. The staff was nice. There was trains though at times that was a little disruptive, I didn’t realize we were right by train tracks."

"I did like the hotel was recently renovated, but the cleanliness of the carpet in the four year of the hotel was not well kept. Trash, overflowing by the elevator and by the eating areas."

"O atendimento no Check In não me agradou pois a atendente era seca e pouco cordial. No Check Out o atendimento foi maravilhoso. Quanto ao hotel é lindo e muito bem localizado. Vale a pena ficar pois o local é agradabiíssimo e muito confortável"
