"Lobby and food area appeared clean and the lady checking us in was wonderful. That all changed once we made our way to our room. We were able to see how bad things actually were. Terrible smells throughout the hall. Scariest elevator ride weve had in a long time. Hallway carpet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years and the lights were so dim. "Terrible. There was no sign outside and as soon as I walked in the building, it smelled terrible! I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back. Never using Expedia ever again to book anything. "

"It was ok for the money. They need pest control in the place. I seen roaches crawling in my room that I stayed in. Particularly in the bathroom and one on one of the nightstands. When entering into the building going to my room, it smelled really bad like other people’s body odor. Would not go again."

I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back.
