"Rooms were fabulous but finding the front office to check in was difficult. GPS takes you all over the sprawling facility and not directly to the office. That needs to be updated—or better signs guiding you to the office should be posted. Pool area is very nice with giant hot tub and kids play area. "

"A nice resort in a quiet area. Cleanliness was acceptable. Good accessibility to local attractions and water sports. Since this is a condo, don't expect the same level of onsite service as a hotel as front desk hours are quite limited. Sofa bed was not usable and when we requested a replacement, front desk recommended we purchase an air mattress from Walmart (we requested and expected three usable beds when we made the reservation and were only provided with two)."

"Totally disappointed ! Terrible experience ... after complaining at reception that the two beds were broken ( !!! ) and stains of something red on the carpet, we were relocated to another room. Almost 1:00 AM and someone tries to get into our room ! Did not succeed thanks to the door lock... the person was embarrassed and we panicked. terrible "

"Good location. Over priced for age and condition of hotel. Room, bed, pillows, linens all good. Best water pressure in shower. Room was neat and clean. Ac in room great. No oder in room. The lobby was not inviting. Only 2 chairs. Hallways were dirty and not moped the 3 days i was there. No ac in lobby, hallways, breakfast room. Pool water was not clear. Parking lot lights were pointed at our windows. Daylight bright, unable to tell if night or not. Breakfast was not worth trying...

"We Booked the hotel friday night and called and called with no answer to confirm hotel was open. Upon our arrival it was a construction zone due to the Hurricane and closed off. At this point in time they refuse to refund my money or even answer my calls and hotels.com refuses to refund my money. I had to pay $400 to the only other room within a TWO hours drive just to get a spot after having worked all day and driven all night the day prior. Absolutely terrible terrible terrible. You...
