"Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model."

"Communication with the host was awful. Just a couple of examples; 18 hours to respond when communicating about check in. The refrigerator was not cooling and beeping every 60 seconds and all night long. We reached out to the host and his response was “that’s strange”. His repair was to message 2 days later “is it still beeping”. This was after we were told by Vrbo that he was sending someone to fix it. Needless to say it was never fixed."

"Very new, clean, fitness area and very large/nice community/club room that seemed hardly used. In room laundry was nice. Had issues checking, though to be fair that was probably mostly my fault. The check in instructions were 100% accurate - just a little confusing for me. Got help on the phone, but my phone kept dying, so that made it harder. "

"The host failed to ensure that I received my check-in instructions prior to my stay. I arrived at midnight and was unable to access the room. I sat in the hallway for an hour while the vrbo customer service team tried at least 3 different times to get a hold of the host. Ultimately I was unable to access the rental unit and had to find other accommodations at 1 in the morning. This was after I spent 10 hours driving and was utterly exhausted."
