"Lovely room, entire house is well appointed in period furniture. The Host met us at check-in, gave us a tour and history of this very interesting house. Throughout our stay she continued to make sure we were comfortable. A short drive from the turnpike and much nicer that your traditional hotel."

"The little cottage was just what we were looking for. A couple things that we thought would be nicer was an upgrade of the bed sheets. They were very thin. It was difficult pulling out of the driveway because it’s on a sharp curve and you can’t see. Maybe if some of the shrubs/ trees could be trimmed might help. Everything else was very nice. Highly recommend!"

"Overall a nice stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and electric fireplace. No good restaurants near by and everything is closed several days during the week but we bought groceries nearby and made our own gourmet steak dinner with the provided pans. Location is close to other houses but tucked into trees so you do get a sense of privacy. "

"After a long wet day in the rail trail; the heat, electric heater (fireplace) and laundry facilities help to escape the wetness of the day. You do not want to ride a bike to the house, the road was horrible. But once was arrived by a shuttle we found in town. The house was just great. "

"Beautiful cabin and area! Loved sitting on the porch listening to the stream. Kitchen was good, but could use a small (narrow) table to put things on. The hot tub was in pristine condition and was very comfortable. Great after a day of hiking! Bedroom was clean and comfortable but could use a small bedside table. We would highly recommend booking time at Cottage on Meadow Run. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Cedar Lodge very much. Regrettably, we had to leave a day earlier than reserved. A cozy and spacious home in a lovely rural area, close to several historical and architectural treasures and a few nice places to eat. Only issue was that the place had a pretty noticeable musty odor, maybe from recent rains, to the point where it affected the sleep of one member of our group. Otherwise, a very nice place for gathering with family & friends. "
