Omni William Penn Hotel
I stayed during Pitt parent weekend. Everything went well except for when I checked in. The receptionist didn’t explain the valet very well and I ended up paying more than she stated. Besides this one situation, I would recommend anyone visiting Pittsburgh to stay here.

Arrived by Uber. Only one issue during my time in this room. My towels smelled sour. Like if they were washed. Allowed to sit and sour. Then dried anyway. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to be accommodating and welcoming! Above and beyond friendly! Everywhere was clean and neat. The food was excellent at dinner last night!
