"The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. When I checked in Thomas was working and he provided excellent customer service. He asked what floor we preferred, suggested a restaurant, and found me a spoon. The lady working the breakfast kept it stocked and asked if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at a dive hotel the night prior to our stay at Microtel and I wish I had not relied on Expedia reviews at the prior stay and gone here first. Clean, just wish the fan could run all night and not kick on and off with the thermostat. "
